ISTA-D启动报错： Failed to start ISTA.

ISTA-D：3.54
重装系统启动ISTA-D报错，安装aio-runtimes问题解决。
遇到这个问题一般是因为缺少某些组件引起。
查看日志文件 D:\瑞金ISTA-D 3.54.11\Logs
